ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is only open to persons who are permanent legal residents of the fifty states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia ("D.C.") (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are physically located therein, and who are eighteen years of age or older as of the date of entry. Entrants and Nominees must have either a valid Social Security number or a valid Individual Taxpayer Identification Number.

GRAND PRIZE: The winning Nominee will receive a ten thousand dollar ($10,000) cash prize awarded in the form of a check made out in the winning Nominee's name and a Jergens® Cherry Almond prize pack consisting of: one Jergens® Original Scent Lotion (approximate retail value "ARV": $11.69), one Jergens® Original Scent Perfume (ARV: $39.99), and one limited-edition Adina Eden bracelet (ARV: $35.69).

The total ARV of the Prize: $10,087.37.

The potential winning Nominee will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received in a drawing to be held on or about April 30, 2024 after the Sweepstakes Period concludes, and is conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent compliance organization.

Odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
