ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and D.C., who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid U.S. driver's license or government issued photo ID, except the following persons who are not eligible to enter

FOUR WINNERS: Each national and regional grand prize winner shall receive: one 50-inch 4K HDTV from the Sponsor designated manufacturer, with an approximate retail value of $700.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate size of approximate equal value in its sole discretion based upon availability.

Total ARV of all available prizes: $2,800.

WINNER DETERMINATION: A random drawing will be held on or about 6/1/2024 from among eligible entries received for each prize pool as outlined below to randomly select a total of one potential national grand prize winner and three potential regional grand prize winners as follows:

• National Grand Prize winner: One grand prize winner shall be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received;
• Regional CA Grand Prize winner (residents of CA): one regional CA grand prize winner shall be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received from among residents of CA.
• Regional FL Grand Prize winner (residents of FL): one regional FL grand prize winner shall be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received from among residents of FL.
• Regional TX Grand Prize winner (residents of TX): one regional TX grand prize winner shall be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received from among residents of TX.
• Note: there is a maximum of one prize award per person or household during the entire Registration Period. If eligible entries are less than the scheduled number of prizes available, then associated prize award shall not be awarded.
