2024 Hershey 4th Quarter Comfort Contest

ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Contest and be eligible to win, a person must, at the time of entry, be a legal resident of Canada who has reached the age of majority in the province/territory in which they reside.

GRAND PRIZE: There is one Grand Prize available to be won consisting of a trip for the Grand Prize winner and one guest to attend one 2024/2025 regular season NBA game in Toronto, ON selected at the Sponsor's discretion consisting of:

• round trip economy class air transportation for winner and one guest from the major Canadian airport nearest the winner's residence (selected at the discretion of the Sponsor) to the Destination.
• two nights' hotel accommodation at a Luxury Hotel for two people (based on one standard room, double occupancy) in the Destination for the Game.
• two lower bowl tickets for winner & guest at one 2024/2025 regular season NBA game (NBA game to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) at the Destination.
• A gift basket with a selection of REESE'S & NBA swag (selection at the Sponsor's discretion).
• A $700 (CAD) spa gift card at the selected Hotel for the winner & guest.
• $1,000 (CAD) in spending money, awarded in the form of a prepaid credit card or cheque made payable to the Grand Prize winner.
• The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $12,500.00 (CDN) (based on one round trip flight (for the winner & guest) with a sample Vancouver departure and Toronto destination) and will vary depending on Departure Point. Any difference between such approximate retail value and the actual value of the Grand Prize as taken will not be awarded.

TWO HUNDRED INSTANT WIN PRIZES: There are a total of two-hundred Instant Win Prizes available to be won at the onset of the Contest, each consisting of one REESE'S Branded Seat Cushion with an approximate retail value of $25.00 (CAD).

The Instant Win Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution, are not transferable, not for resale and have no cash surrender value. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that an Instant Win Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion), to substitute another Instant Win Prize component of equal or greater value, without liability. Limit of one Instant Win Prize per person over duration of entire Contest Period.
