ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to participate and win prizes in the Game, you must be:

• A legal resident of the states of PA, MD or WV
• Over the age of majority in the state in which you reside, as of Game Start Date (the age of majority is 18 years in the applicable states)
• A registered Rutter's VIP Rewards® member (see General Game Information above for instructions on how to become a VIP Rewards® member for free)

GRAND PRIZE: One prize of a $15,000.00 Vacation, valued at, and limited to, $15,000.00. This prize is available when a participant collects all eight Markers numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. Prize will be awarded as a $15,000.00 check, payable to the winner.

ELIGIBLE WINNER WILL ONLY RECEIVE THE RETAIL VALUE OF A VACATION, VALUED AT, AND LIMITED TO, $15,000.00.

ADDITIONAL PRIZES: The prizes include:

• Eight prizes of FREE Rutter's Gas for a Year: Prize value is determined by the average retail price of regular gasoline at Rutter's, during the month of the current year in which the qualified winner completes his or her Digital Collector Card. Calculation is average price per Gallon multiplied by fifteen multiplied by fiftytwo. Value of prize as of March 3, 2022, is $2,336.10. This prize is available when a participant collects all six Markers numbered 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14. Prize will be awarded as $2,336.10 in Rutter's Gift Cards of varying denominations totaling but not exceeding, $2,336.10.
• Four prizes of FREE Rutter's X-Large Coffee for a Year, valued at, and limited to, $908.85 each. This prize is available when a participant collects all six Markers numbered 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20. Prizes will be automatically applied to the winner's VIP Rewards® account. To redeem this prize, a participant must go to any Participating Location, before August 31, 2024, pick up a Rutter's 24 oz coffee and check out using the Rutter's VIP Rewards® membership associated with the completed Digital Collector Card. Prize value is based on three-hundred and sixty-five Rutter's 24 oz X-Large Coffees, each with an approximate retail value of $2.49.
• Four prizes of FREE Snapple Beverages for a Year, valued at, and limited to, $835.85 each. This prize is available when a participant collects all four Markers numbered 21, 22, 23 and 24. Prizes will be automatically applied to the winner's VIP Rewards® account. To redeem this prize, a participant must go to any Participating Location, before August 31, 2024, pick up any flavor Snapple 16 oz beverage and check out using the Rutter's VIP Rewards® membership associated with the completed Digital Collector Card. Prize value is based on three-hundred and sixty-five Snapple 16 oz beverages, each with an approximate retail value of $2.29.
• Four prizes of FREE Gold Peak Beverages for a Year, valued at, and limited to, $872.35 each. This prize is available when a participant collects all four Markers numbered 25, 26, 27, and 28. Prizes will be automatically applied to the winner's VIP Rewards® account. To redeem this prize, a participant must go to any Participating Location, before August 31, 2024, pick up any flavor Gold Peak 18.5 oz beverage and check out using the Rutter's VIP Rewards® membership associated with the completed Digital Collector Card. Prize value is based on three-hundred and sixty-five Gold Peak 18.5 oz Beverages, each with an approximate retail value of $2.39.
