Eligibility and Prize Information

GRAND PRIZE: Open only to legal residents of Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Wisconsin who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry and who are Casey's Rewards members.

GRAND PRIZE: A $20,000 check. Approximate Retail Value : $20,000.00.

Sponsor will also donate $20,000 to a non-profit organization/charity of Casey's choice that is located within the Grand Prize winner's community.

FOUR FIRST PRIZES (One awarded per First Prize Entry Period): A $10,000 check.

ARV: $10,000.00. Sponsor will also donate $2,000 to a non-profit organization/charity of Casey's choice that is located within each First Prize winner's community.

SIX SECOND PRIZES (One awarded per Second Prize Entry Period): A $5,000 check.

ARV: $5,000.00. Sponsor will also donate $1,000 to a non-profit organization/charity of Casey's choice that is located within each Second Prize winner's community.

NINETEEN THIRD PRIZES (One awarded per Weekly Entry Period): A $500.00 prepaid card.

INSTANT WIN PRIZES

TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (250,000) FOURTH PRIZES: One slice of pizza loaded to each winner's Account. ARV: $2.59.

ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (100,000) FIFTH PRIZES: One small coffee/cappuccino or hot chocolate loaded to each winner's Account. ARV: $1.44.

SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND (75,000) SIXTH PRIZES: One 16.9oz Casey's water loaded to each winner's Account. ARV: $0.99.

I've won multiple small prizes on this one - bottle of water, free coffee, free pizza slice, etc. I get an email to confirm but nothing to tell me how to redeem the prize.
