ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes participation is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand-Prize winner will receive a three night trip for two to Napa Valley, CA to attend the Napa Valley Film Festival (November 10–14, 2021) to include roundtrip economy-class airfare from a major airport nearest to the winner's residence, three nights double occupancy hotel accommodations, Pass Plus level entry for two to the Napa Valley Film Festival, credit for rental car for the duration of winner's stay, one $250 prepaid gift card for spending money and commemorative gift bag.

Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $4,250, but actual final value of the trip may vary based on point of departure and ticket availability at the time of purchase.

FIVE WINNERS: Five First-Prize winners will each receive one $100 gift card to a movie theater subscription service. ARV of First Prize is $100.

EIGHT WINNERS: Eight Second-prize winners will each receive one $25 gift card to a mobile movie ticketing service. ARV of Second Prize is $25.

ARV of all prizes is $4,950.

Potential winners will be chosen in a random drawing to be held on or about July 6, 2020 from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging organization whose decision with respect to the selection of the winners and the interpretation of these rules and regulations will be final. Winners will be notified by telephone or email.
