HERSHEY'S S'mores Saturday Sweepstakes

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States residing in the 50 United States or District of Columbia who are 18 year of age or older as of the date of entry.

FOUR GRAND PRIZES: Each Phase 1 Grand Prize consists of a backyard makeover, awarded as $25,000 in the form of the winner's choice of a check or electronic funds transfer.

Approximate retail value of each Phase 1 Grand Prize: $25,000.

Total ARV of all prizes available in Phase 1 of the National Sweepstakes is $100,000.

FIVE WINNERS: Each Phase 2 Grand Prize consists of a visit from the S'moresmobile. To accommodate the S'moresmobile, each winner must be able to provide a space that can fit a 21' X 8' X 13' vehicle. County, City, or other Local approval may be required to allow the S'moresmobile visit. S'moresmobile visit includes a 2-6 hour event with the S'moresmobile vehicle, Sponsor-provided S'mores products, and all necessary event staff. One Phase 2 Grand Prize will be awarded to a Kroger entrant. One Phase 2 Grand Prize will be awarded to a Meijer entrant. One Phase 2 Grand Prize will be awarded to a Safeway/Albertsons entrant. Two Phase 2 Grand Prizes will be awarded to Other Retailers entries. The ARV of each Phase 2 Grand Prize: $1,500.

Total ARV of all Phase 2 Grand Prizes: $7,500.

WEEKLY PRIZE: Each Walmart Prize consists of a backyard makeover, awarded as a $5,000 Walmart Gift Card

Total ARV of all prizes offered is $132,500.
