I'm not receiving my new password.
If you are not receiving the email with your new password, please allow up to 30 minutes for the process to be requested. We will process and send the email immediatly, but under some circumstances there may be a slight delay with delivery. If difficulty persists, contact us at the link below.

I've been locked out!?
After attempting to reset your password too many times, you may be temporarily unable to reset your password again. Please allow a few hours for password reset attempts to clear out of the system and you will be able to request a new password as normal. If difficulty persists, contact us at the link below.

My email address says I do not have an account, but I know I do!?
If your email address is not pulling up an account, please try logging in with one of the social media options. Many times users have accounts through either Facebook or Twitter linked with us to login. This option does not require a password on InfiniteSweeps.
